Autism

Autism is a brain disorder that impairs a child’s ability to communicate and interact with others. Autism spectrum disorder can be mild or severe. 

Children with autism can take longer to learn to speak and have trouble relating to others, reading facial expressions, making eye contact, and being touched. They can show intense interest in certain things and have rituals they must follow precisely to avoid getting upset.

Conventional treatment for autism depends on the age of the child, severity, and whether the child has any other medical problems.
